Housing FAQ's

A small number of our housing faq's have been made available to all visitors to Under One Roof. Use the menu on the left to navigate these housing faq's. In order to view all faq's you will need to register.

Registration and membership of Under One Roof is 100% free. All that is needed to register is a valid email address, a username, which you pick and the area in which you are currently living either a county or London borough. To keep your account secure you'll also need to choose a password.

The housing faq's include a wide range of subjects that cover most aspects of mutual home exchange. If you still can't find the answer you are looking for a dedicated team of volunteers will try to assist you.

Requests for help or advice are always answered, nobody is left hanging on for days or weeks.

Housing Information Sheets

Housing Information Sheets are also available for download in pdf format, more are being added all the time. Just about every conceivable situation regarding exchanges is covered. If that's not enough, you can ask our team and they will do their best to provide you with the answer.
